I would steer clear as the Lamona brand is a Beko product which is not reliable and is serviced by a company called Pacificia who fob you off, schedule appointments and don’t turn up and take no accountability. Howdens also are not interested once they have received your money, Anita the kitchen designer does not return calls or emails. So disappointing as she appeared so genuine. Following on from my review, Jay at Howdens telephoned the next day to discuss my concerns. without any issues he arranged delivery of a brand new dishwasher the very next day which is now up and fully operational. Am beyond grateful following months of disappointment with Pacifica. I stand corrected, Howdens are the only ones prepared to help and I am so very grateful.”
