“Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.”

You made effort in understanding all our needs as, me being the husband to be at the time, my son's suit and my Wife's vision for our special day. “I collected 2 reconditioned twin port cylinder heads from The Engine Shop 3 weeks ago (Oct 2017) They were packed and ready. However it turned out that my engine needed a lot more reconditioning then was first thought .A complete engine exchange was required My ever reliable garage sourced and fitted it for me. As the heads were already in place l had no use for heads l had purchased from The Engine Shop. Although l grant you that Jim is not a"people" person there was absolutely no quibble about a full refund. The company does all it's reconditioning on site and while l was in Jim's office l noticed paperwork from the well known parts suppliers we all know obviously using The Engine Shop as suppliers. I suggest that all the dissenters should take note of my experience.”

“6 years after a ridiculously traumatic experience I was convinced by a good friend to undertake some therapy. A different medically qualified friend recommended Catherine and her advice was duly followed. Following a couple of consultations we agreed to try the therapy along with the EMDR technique which Catherine practices. I have been genuinely surprised at the effectiveness of this approach. It's now 5 months later, and I am signed off. My background is as a research scientist, and I observe that I sleep better, am more effective at work and am generally far happier and function far better. Friends, including the one who recommended I try therapy, commented openly from the start of treatment that there was a noticeable improvement in my demeanour and mood. I had left this 6 years as I am used to overcoming pretty much anything that life throws at me. After undertaking this treatment I really do wish I had done it far earlier. Catherine took time to express concerns that there were some ongoing issues which may not be appropriate for EMDR; yet I have to report excellent results even for those ongoing concerns (more major irritation's, rather than traumatic events). I truly hope you don't find yourself in a position where you need therapy for major trauma class events - but if you do, I can highly recommend Dr Catherine Baverstock.”
