“Recently stayed here for its fantastic location near to the station and all amenities, staff were extremely helpful and considerate going above and beyond. It’s cheap and cheerful and very clean as you would expect. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator key one kind lady offered to come up with me to demonstrate. Others were also very approachable and more than happy to offer assistance. It’s so rare to find kind and responsive team members these days, they really made my stay and made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all the staff at Kingston Travelodge, it was truly a pleasure!”

“We originally booked for one night but we were so impressed with the hotel we changed our plans and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the bed felt luxurious, the shower powerful and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for walking the Thames path or just visiting nearby sites. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.”

“A diamond in Richmond. It's an old house based hotel renieuwd. Loverly employees how makes everything possible and make you feel home. Good room, nice breakfast en lovely dinner in the restaurant as well as the cafeteria. Delicious lins soup. They still working on the hotel. They're making it nicer, if this is possible.”

“Lovely little accomodation . Over looking the harbour. Well equipped kitchen. All areas were cleaned everyday. Fresh towels every day and beds were changed almost every other day . Lovely big verranda. our only issue was being near the heavy ,solid front door, which other guests allowed to slam day and night . Pool was cleaned everyorning. Found all staff to be very cheerful and helpful . Would definitely return .”

“Oliver Pryse planned me the trip of a lifetime to Easter Island. The service was top-notch, right from the initial call through to the trip commencing. I bombarded Oliver with many queries and he was incredibly helpful every time, resulting in a stress-free, amazing trip. My only small criticism would be the My Routes app. I wouldn't say this is particularly smooth or useful, but it didn't hinder my trip in any way. Thank you to Oliver”
