“I have been meaning to write this review for some time. When I was traveling to my grandmother's funeral, I stopped to pick up a card. I had already been to a florist in Debden & Loughton. Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need! “This is my favourite cafe in London. As a new mum it is everything I need. One thing I’ve always struggled with, I’d finding a place to put my baby down, when out and about. This place is ideal. It has everything a mum and a young child need. The owners are so sweet and inviting, it feels like family. This is what we need more of. We need less apps and internet shopping. We need places to go and socialise with our community. Also, it’s not just good for parents. My mum’s tennis group love it too. As the coffee is reasonably priced and good quality.”

“I bought flowers from here for my nan who was in a hospice. They were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen, if not the most beautiful flower decoration anyone in the hospice had seen. My Nan absolutely loved them and couldn't wait for her next visitors to show them to. There was a buzz about it around the hospice and my nan had nurses specifically coming to her asking to see the flowers. I spoke extensively with admin at sage flowers and explained how I wanted specific flowers to be the boldest in the decoration and they did not let me down, in fact the one I wanted the boldest was the one that got most of the attention from others. I am also neuro - divergent and explained this to admin and they went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I'm posting this review a bit later then I received the flowers for obvious reasons (Rest in power Nan) however I'm looking to make another purchase from them and become a regular customer. Thank you sage flowers for making me and my nan happy in her final days ♥️♥️♥️”

She couldn't have been more helpful in the selection of flowers and what design of display I should have. And, the price was very reasonable too. I am a small business myself and I read Lyn's reviews before I decided to use her. I have seen the solitary "one star" review which sticks out like a sore thumb amongst all the other reviews. I chose to ignore it and I am so pleased that I did. The negative review is completely out of sync with all the other reviews. As a small business myself I am left wondering if the review is actually genuine.”
