We made multiple trips over a few weeks going back and forth on decisions but they were very patient with us. I also did a repair for a piece of jewellery which they did urgently on the day as a temporary fix. Unfortunately it broke after a few hours but when I contacted the shop and explained what happened they refunded the full amount for the repair very quickly. Great service and they have a good selection of products.”
