“I've only ever had my beard done here so can't comment on the haircuts. My facial hair is kept in tip top condition and I'm a happy repeat customer. The barbers in there are friendly and willing to chat. But something I really wanted to shout out was when I once saw a customer in there with mental disabilities. They didn't just accommodate him, but rather they were actively warm and friendly and tried to keep him engaged through his haircut. THAT'S when they won my permanent business. It gets really busy in here so you're best off either making an appointment or going in at off peak times. Also, there's a stamp card scheme (9th haircut is free).”

“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. “Peter house sat to look after our Labrador for ten days while we were on holiday. Buddy was well cared for, walked every day and we received videos and pictures of him having a great time in the park. The house was also well looked after and Peter kindly managed to fix a tap that had been broken for a while which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend Peter for house sits, we’ll be using him again.”

“Fabulous! I have never really had gel nails, as in the past they didn't last very long, but my sister has been a regular customer here for years. I tried gel nails late October, and to my amazement, they lasted perfectly for over 4 weeks! (No chips or wear after that, I just returned as they were growing out). The staff were all super friendly and lovely and they did my nails exactly as I wanted. I have returned this month and just as my last visit, my nails are perfectly neat and 2 weeks later no signs of wear, even though I do a lot with my hands. Thank you. I will be a repeat customer now, despite not living in the area, it's worth the drive! 5 stars.”
