All of the team are friendly and professional and my dog loves going to them for either walks or day care. His tail is invariably wagging delightedly when they come to pick him up! “We held a wake at the pub before it opened at 3.00pm. It was an excellent venue with first class food and service. Arun made sure our requirements were met for the day in question and nothing was too much trouble. Once the pub opened we had a large quiet area reserved for us to one side of the pub for those that needed to stay longer. Well recommended for any private gathering or event.”

“Giving 5 stars due to the professionalism of the staff - would like to especially mention Julie and Zain who have been exceptional in supporting at the front-desk and in the gym respectively. Give em a raise (no they didn't bribe me ;) ). Management needs to look into the issue of overcrowding in the gym due to unchecked new signups recently. I have had to avoid going in on certain days of the week due to the same which has affected my otherwise good workout regime. Many other regulars have echoed the same concern. Also, the swimming pool cleaning quality has gone down too recently - needs to be immediately sorted out. Thanks.”
