“No bully and the kids are happy”
“Very good school. My son studying here.”
“Used for a 8yr old kids birthday with the footie dude, Ben Judge. What a legend he was! Super friendly and attentive and inclusive to the kiddies. Really made the day special. Rest of the venue is clean and lots of parking and easy to find. Recommended.”
“The selborne was excellent in inserting my daughter to support her, because we moved to London from Italy for almost a year, my daughter could not read write and do math. In a year she has done so much and improved so much, she loves going to school and loves teachers because they were very wonderful and she is recovering everything with serenity and enthusiasm. Thanks for everything Their work is really great. :)”

“Good high school, caring teachers”
“So my son has been going here for nearly a year now and I can honestly say this is a really good Nursery. The front office staff are incredibly helpful and very polite and welcoming and very understanding. As for my son's class there have been amazing he loves to go there he's learning a lot. They helped us with his toilet training, and he was out of nappies in next to no time. I was expecting it to be very hard and difficult, but we did what they advised, and within a week he was out of nappies. Genuinely, if you're looking for a really good nursery, I would highly recommend you just go there for yourself. Have a look around, speak to them, and I'm sure you'll place your little one there.”
“Our daughter (now in year 8) has been at Edge Grove since year 6 having spent all her previous schooling in the French system. We joined the school at a time when the new headmaster, Me Evans, was still putting in place his vision, but we felt that he knew exactly what he was wanting to do, and we completely bought into that vision. We have not been disappointed. The pastoral care has been first rate, particularly helping our daughter in the transition to a British Independent school. From what we have seen, any pastoral issues are dealt with speedily and sensitively. Great emphasis is put on politeness and creating the right environment for learning, whilst enjoying everything that the school has to offer. The education curriculum is innovative, supportive and stretching, and the school is doing a fantastic job of supporting all year 8 pupils in preparation for CE, truly differentiating based on the schools they are applying to and the exams they will be taking. Extra-curriculum activities are great too - the Director of Music is fantastic and the improvement in the quality of all school music activities has been marked, while the head of girls' games is really raising the bar too. Staff go beyond what one might expect and respond rapidly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. The parent community is friendly and welcoming. The school certainly deserves its recent rating of Excellent in all regards from the Independent Schools Inspection. I highly recommend the school to any prospective parent.”
“My first school and the best school ever brings back so much old memories love this school I’ll never forget the amazing memories and the best times I had in this school love beaconsfield primary school so much fun”
“I am so happy for all fantastic staff !”
“This is my sons 2nd year at St Christopher’s. Recently as a parent I had some concerns on syllabus content and the way in which Mr Lyon and Miss Clarke dealt with this was above and beyond just being professional. They were approachable, listened and showed a great deal of humility and understanding. As a parent we choose to entrust our children in the expert care and understanding of schools and the teaching staff, however being able to support that learning in a way that is nurturing and always in the interest of the child and their individuality is special. Not all schools listen. My recent experience with both teachers gives me confidence in St Christophers ability not to just teach my child but to nurture him and make the learning journey collaborative and positive. Parent teacher engagement is key to successful learning experiences. Keep up the Good Work!”
“I go to this school and it's great”

“The best primary school in this universe. :)”
“London Christian School feels like a caring community of families and teachers, rather than a school! The smaller size means everyone knows everyone, yet newcomers are warmly welcomed. Whilst there is naturally a strong Christian ethos, different religions are respected and embraced. Our children are in Years 5 and 3, have both been at the school since the age of four, and come home every day tired but elated! The teaching is excellent; strong academics are balanced with sport, music, extra-curricular activity and individual pastoral support where needed. The location is fantastic for anyone living in the “inner south east” London area or working around London Bridge or the City. The only limitation of LCS is that due to the central location, sports fields are not on-site. But they make the best possible use of the rooftop playground and the nearby council park and astroturf, with the older children heading out to the local facilities daily for a run around. If we go into any further lockdowns during 2021, LCS can be trusted to continue to deliver a fantastic educational experience; ensuring no child gets left behind whilst being realistic about what is possible in a home-schooling environment. In the meantime, it has been clear to us that the teachers and children alike are very excited to be back at school and are making the most of the time they spend together - having fun and building friendships, learning and exploring, and feeling part of their special school community once again. We cannot recommend LCS highly enough!”
“It looks like a good school and i sent my application form in”
“I couldn’t have imagined a better beginning for my child. My daughter has joined Carlton Hill as a baby and has now transitioned on to reception. I am very grateful for the care, love and attention she has received at Carlton Hill. What sets this place apart is its people - the teachers and the management. They are very loving, caring and kind. They are professional and it is clear how much thought and effort goes into their work. I highly recommend LEYF Carlton Hill if you are looking for a caring environment for your kids to thrive!”
“One of the best schools in the country”
“Boys playing football and jockey on a saturday plus great viewing and refreshment area for adults and parents”
“IMPRESSIVE A LEVEL RESULTS 2019 There were lots smiling faces today at Bancroft’s this morning. After the long 6 weeks wait for this year’s A Level results. We are delighted to report that 65.8% of all A levels taken were graded at either A* or A grade with 85.2% of them at grades A*, A or B. All eleven of the students who held offers from either Oxford or Cambridge have had their places confirmed, with the majority of other pupils achieving the necessary grades for their first choice universities. The main feeling amongst the pupils seemed to be relief that the stress had come to an end and that they can now get on with their summer and their futures. Theva said “I’m just glad it is all over, I can relax now.” Joseph offered some advice for next year’s cohort, “Do something the day before – just take your mind off things. And stay off social media, there are too many rumours about grade boundaries!” Many pupils did better than they had expected; Eloise was celebrating her 3 A*s and place at Bristol, “I’m really shocked. I was busy looking up clearing yesterday and I thought I had been given the wrong results envelope this morning.” Tom shared her joy, “I’ve done way better than I thought. I honestly thought I had failed and didn’t expect to do this well (A*, A, A) so I’m taking up my place for English and History at Sheffield. Caroline said that she resorted to watching Netflix throughout the night as she couldn’t sleep; her fears were unfounded as she achieved the grades needed for her International Business with French degree in Edinburgh. Head Simon Marshall said, “We’d like to congratulate our leavers of 2019 who have achieved impressive results this year. The new reformed, linear A Levels aim to be demanding and challenging, and we are delighted that so many of our leavers have done so well and have obtained places at their chosen universities.”
“Having attended merryhills for 7 years I have made loads of friends and learnt so much. They gave a good well rounded education and prepared me for secondary school. All of the teachers are nice and very good at teaching. I was given lots of different opportunities in sport e.g. Football (I went to Tottenham training ground a number of times) Athletics and district sports. The school were very fair and I loved my time at merryhills.”
“Best school for flourishing in positive environment with excellent education, sports and music. Thanks”

“This place change me and made me a better person”
“A great school where my daughter is allowed to grow up being protected by outside influences but also taught how to adapt within the world we live in as she grows up.”
“As a new student of Little Ilford School, I believe that a specific individual called Ms Karim has made things easier for me. This was due to the numerous times I came to her for help in which she was willing to help me. Ms karim is an amazing teacher and I find it extremely appauling that someone could speak so negatively towards her. Little Ilford School has helped me improve in all subjects but particularly Citizenship. Thanks to Ms Karim.”
“I rate this school a five star as I finished in 2017 and it was the best.”
“This school was absolutely amazing! I went to this school from i think...2009-2015 and when i was there we had the best headteacher ever who gave us amazing oppurtunities, like how i was one of the students that got to interview the band union j face-to-face, he was also very humorous, and of course knew how to disipline the kids -shoutout to you Mr Smith, for making my experience there amazing! Sadly he is not there anymore as he has retired. On the other hand though, in school i did have some issues with timing in numerous subjects, which the teachers failed to realise that i would need extra support and time in exams, but i did not get this which meant that it made a huge impact on my SATs results. Fortunately i now have extra time in secondary school, which will help in my GCSE's”
