She’s incredibly passionate about her job and is very caring and patient with her clients. Her staff team including Andrada also share this wonderful attitude. “I booked the balayage package with Adam after seeing an instagram advert which offered the cheapest price for balayage I’d seen in London. I thought it might be too good to be true but it absolutely was not - he was exceptional ! This was my favourite hair cut and colour I’ve ever had. Adam recommended a colour that would suit me (ash brown) but was very receptive when I told him I wanted something more golden and delivered exactly what I wanted ! He was very friendly and professional. Although the price I paid was slightly more than the £99 offered, it was for very good reason and he clearly explained why and checked it was okay before starting (I needed my previously orangey toned dyed hair to be dyed brown before the balayage), which gave me the ideal results. Adam was meticulous and spent so much time on my hair to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and I feel that the service given was well worth more than the £99 he charged. I could not recommend Adam’s service more and I will definitely be back !!”

The food is top quality and the room has to be seen to be believed as no 2D photo will do it justice. It is like stepping into Wonderland with Alice. The staff are lovely as well; attentive, helpful and genuinely charming. I had an early start the next day so was disturbed by the music until 1am but it is worth a little lack of sleep for the spectacular visual experience and warm welcome I received. Tunes were good too. This place is like nowhere on Earth.”
