“I had a consultation initially with Dr Nilesh Agarwal which was offered quickly. He has a very calm natured demeanour that reassures you of his experience and knowledge. He was clear and to the point on what I needed and how he could help. The procedure date came literally 3 weeks later and went smoothly. The hospital team took care of me and the after support provided by Dr Agarwal was amazing. I managed to contact his PA on a Sunday and he even called me to check on my welfare cause I had concerns. Would highly recommend him. His PA is also very lovely and efficient with responding to any queries or messages.”

I had my dog nutered and an eye operation all done smoothly on the same day and after care was great. Reception also very helpful and easy to get appointments and support with insurance enquiries.”

“Perfect Birthday Party Venue. The venue turned out to be excellent in every aspect for my toddler's birthday party. The space , the food , the hosting & car park facility. The hotel hall was perfect for our 40 guest list with one wall side fittingly suitable for decor as suggested by them. The food was top notch. The Lotus stem appetizer and Jackfruit Biryani were the stars of the day . They had arranged for nice welcome drinks and catered separately for children’s food as well. We were able to make a corner for kids play. The best thing was there was adequate parking in the venue which the guests really appreciated. They also had a bar facility but we did not use . Thanks for making the event a huge success as it was the first party for our little one . Would definitely recommend Ember & Mist as an event venue . I like to thank and acknowledge the helpfulness of the staff and the understanding of Ember - Mist managers.”

“I’ve enjoyed food and atmosphere here before but this visit was next level. The newish menu was fantastic. Salad was large, fresh and great ingredients. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. Wonderful visit and will be back and highly recommend!”

“The vet was excellent in diagnosing what was wrong with our rabbit he gave the rabbit a thorough examination and communicated with me throughout. The anti-inflammatory medicine he prescribed worked and the rabbit got better within a week just as he said.”

“I was referred to St Marks late November 2024 and was offered an appointment with the surgeon mid January 2025. I thought this was a super quick referral time. I saw Mr Kapil Sahnan and from the moment I stepped into the room I felt at ease. My appointment was on time and lasted longer than I expected. At no point did I feel rushed. Mr Kapil Sahnan has the most calming voice and explains everything in simple terms but detailed. He took on board my PTSD from previous surgery elsewhere and showed empathy. It's a rare find to find a surgeon with his knowledge and skill set combined with kindness, empathy and interest in the patient. I had my surgery last week and can honestly say that every member of staff I met were lovely, professional, and kind when I was worried. Mr Kapil Sahnan's medical team are as amazing as him. A special shout out to the anaesthetists and theatre staff. I felt really safe and looked after at all times. I found the hospital to be spotless. I was on Gladstone 2 post op and everyone who looked after me were so kind. I found the ward to be organised, even the food wasn't too bad! I had robotic surgery and would highly recommend this hospital.”

“I recently went to Gynae department in November for a minor procedure. I was seen exactly on time by a lovely Dr Yasmin Mulji, she was amazing. She was very professional, sympathetic and explain everything in depth. Not only that she treated with respect but listen to my problem and gave me a solution, plus her prompt letter to my GP same day, resulted my surgery to see me very next day. Amazing service, couldn't ask for more. I must admit every time I go to outpatient gynea dept I get seen and treated quickly and would like to thank them.”

“I work in London two weeks a month and this is always always always my go to place for brunch. I’ve been coming here for breakfast pretty consistently for about 6 months or more and every time the food was fresh, tasty, well presented, and came out quickly. The ladies are absolute gems as well. I went to a couple of other pricier and ‘fancier’ halal breakfast places in the surrounding area, but they never ticked all the boxes the way Jasmine’s do. It tends to be very busy on weekends but every time I got lucky and found a table, and again even when it was busy the food and service quality stayed the same which is a major plus.”
