“Taking my partner for a haircut and dye, this being her first time and I must say all staff members made us feel welcomed even myself not being a customer, was very helpful from start to finish. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 2 negative point Sophie our hairdresser was some what messy and was abit late apart from this 5 star from us.”

The saleswoman Endy (hope I’m spelling this right) is a real asset to your team and was so helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. “I have been using grizzly felons in walthamstow from the day it first opened its doors which is about 5 years ago. I have always had a positive experience and the environment is always relaxed and clean. I always get offered something to drink which is something you don't get at other barbers that I used prior to 5 years . I have had a fair few barbers in my 5 years journey with grizzly but each one of them had been excellent at listening and giving me a the hair cut and beard trim they way I want and each barber has bought a different style which i loved each time.
