Anna spent time making sure I was happy with placement and was so lovely throughout the process! I am so happy with my new tattoo and will definitely be going back to Anna for more!! She is so passionate about her work and it really shows. I've never had a piercer so carefully measure out my body before to ensure the symmetry is perfect and it really shows on the end result. She is well experienced, extremely knowledgable and is very clear about the aftercare I have to do. I will be going to Sarah for all of my future piercings and highly recommend her to others.”

Even though I didn't get my initial nose piercing done at Valhalla, she was still more than willing to help take a look at it and assist me in removing the labret bar ahead of an MRI appointment. She really went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. “I got my ears pierced at A&M, they’ve been so sore for months and I had to remove them for a scan. I couldn’t remove them at all, too painful and impossible without tools. Walked into this place on a Sunday, super professional, super helpful and super clean!! He removed the studs, fitted rings that I could remove myself and cleaned me up. Excellent service, but the standout was the cleanliness for sure. I can only speak for their piercing services and I highly recommend”
