“I saw a pair of trainers in the sale which were 50% cheaper than anywhere else I’d seen online. Not surprisingly they didn’t have my size, but the sales assistant said he’d check the other stores and luckily found my size in another store which he’d get sent over and reserve for me. They arrived next day. Can’t complain about seamless service like that, even if it’s just a sale product.”
