A lesson for all companies, a phone call is much more beneficial than emails etc. She has certainly made me feel a lot better about the situation. She has restored confidence in her company. She came across as genuine. Some of her staff should follow her example. I therefore am changing my review from 1 to 5. Let's hope I don't regret it. I won't write at the moment anything ,because there are legal proceedings in place,and I don't want too jeopardise them.
