“We have been going to Gymboree Sevenoaks for the past 2 years. It is a fantastic place and the staff make you and the children feel at ease very quickly. The activities are well prepared and thought through. There is a variety of activities and every week there is a different theme. We have seen a notable improvement in our little ones' development. We also recently decided to organise a bday party. We are EXTREMELY happy we made this choice. I don't think we could have chosen a better place and staff. All guests left really satisfied and most importantly our little one with a big smile on their face. Thank you Gymboree team!”

My daughter is 2 and has started the Lil Beatz now. She is naturally quite a shy girl but watching her come out of her shell with Miss Emily and the student teachers every week it so lovely to see. I’ve loved seeing both of my children develop their confidence, coordination, and creativity through DA dance classes and the fact they love their classes makes Saturday mornings a treat. “6 years after a ridiculously traumatic experience I was convinced by a good friend to undertake some therapy. A different medically qualified friend recommended Catherine and her advice was duly followed. Following a couple of consultations we agreed to try the therapy along with the EMDR technique which Catherine practices. I have been genuinely surprised at the effectiveness of this approach. It's now 5 months later, and I am signed off. My background is as a research scientist, and I observe that I sleep better, am more effective at work and am generally far happier and function far better. Friends, including the one who recommended I try therapy, commented openly from the start of treatment that there was a noticeable improvement in my demeanour and mood. I had left this 6 years as I am used to overcoming pretty much anything that life throws at me. After undertaking this treatment I really do wish I had done it far earlier. Catherine took time to express concerns that there were some ongoing issues which may not be appropriate for EMDR; yet I have to report excellent results even for those ongoing concerns (more major irritation's, rather than traumatic events). I truly hope you don't find yourself in a position where you need therapy for major trauma class events - but if you do, I can highly recommend Dr Catherine Baverstock.”
