“I have been using Heads Up now for over 15 years and I now take my son there too. All the barbers work to a high standard, which is unlike any other shop I have used. Always get offered a drink on arrival. The longest I have ever had to wait is 15 minutes. Usually seen with in 5-10. Highly recommend.”

Leah was an exceptional therapist; she was very gentle and kind and listened to and identified my skin needs. The brightening facial was absolutely amazing, the best I've ever had! The clinic was super clean with beautiful candles and a very relaxing ambience.My skin feels much firmer, smoother and brighter than ever before followingthe facial. Leah cleansed, toned, exfoliated, used a relaxing mask and the red LED lamp which smoothed my skin. “I LOVE getting my eyebrows and facials done here, such a relaxing experience and the beauty tech knows exactly what she is doing. I was worried to get my facial done here at first, as I wasn't sure they knew how to work with dark skin. I left the salon feeling amazingly refreshed and relaxed. I prefer this place over any other as the tech really takes her time and is super kind too. They are also very flexible time wise, just give them a call and they will let you know what is possible. I’d been feeling a little anxious beforehand (despite having followed them on Instagram since 2018), but when I explained my concerns to Miah (who did my facial), she listened without any judgement and immediately made me feel at ease by explaining what would be best suited for my skin and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Miah worked through a double cleanse, dermaplaning, steam, vacuum, extractions, and an LED mask — basically, a glow-up. She talked me through everything step by step, which was super helpful, but also gave me the space to fully relax and switch off, which I appreciated. Somehow, she managed to be both informative and calming whilst delivering a service with care & gentle hands — honestly, I think she might secretly be a magician. I left feeling refreshed, comfortable, and really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves (and their skin)!”
