“Took my Mustang here for a replacement bumper, wheel arch and headlight cover. Originally thought it would take up to 10 days to get the parts in then three days for the work, I dropped the car on Monday at 11am and picked it up Tuesday 4pm, repaired perfectly and cleaned. Very friendly, helpful service and obviously very fast. Can't comment on value for money though as my car is annoyingly expensive to repair.”

“We always use the Robert Dyas DHL service point in Bromley BR1. The shop assistant was so helpful I was actually blown away! Usually we are left to just guess the box size and pack it. This particular shop assistant looked at our items, judged the size we needed, he then went on to help us pack the box, holding it up for us. He was so polite and so helpful I was really taken back. It's hard to find this type of help in shops nowadays. I use to work in sales 16-17 years ago and I used to treat my customers like this. I wish I knew his name to quote!
