As first-time parents, we were naturally anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Khan and the entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. They took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick and done with great care. We were allowed to be present and comfort our baby immediately afterward. The doctor gave us clear post-care instructions and even provided written guidelines and a helpline in case we had concerns later on. Our baby was a bit fussy the first day, which we were told to expect, but he healed beautifully within a week. We followed the care instructions carefully, and we had a follow up appointment after 2 weeks. We’re grateful for how smoothly everything went and how compassionate the team was during a sensitive and emotional time for us.
