“A hidden gem of beautiful country side where wildlife can find a little haven and humans can admire Mother Nature in a busy city. The meadowlands are full of buttercups and dog roses and sift long grass. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon for my son’s birthday picnic. There’s no rubbish and the park is very peaceful.”

“The maths department was very good at helping me when I started retaking maths back in September 2023 we had extra revision lessons during half terms and the teachers were very supportive of our learning. My teachers seema and Sam were helpful caring and understanding when it came to helping out with topics I wasn’t so strong on and were able to keep the classes attention and also kept the room lively. I’m happy we used the website mathswatch as I think it’s a great tool to help with revision and it definitely helped me when preparing for my exams this year. I’m pleased to say I have finally passed maths at grade 4 and it’s all thanks to the teachers at Stanmore that helped me get to this level.”

Also the teachers deal with bullying with out any problems and they have helped me very well and they are always there if you need to talk to them. “Love this cafe, it's one of my faves in the area. Lovely food and good coffee to match. I came with my one year old daughter and whilst the place is quite small, the staff were incredibly accommodating to set her up in a high chair and were engaging with her throughout our meal, bringing her colouring pads and childrens cutlery. They were also un-phased by all the food and pencils that ended up on the floor! Food was nice, came out hot and quickly. Defo recommend.”

“Stopped into the Harrow location on our way back to the Midlands and had a really pleasant experience. We didn’t have a reservation but the lady receiving guests showed us to a table for two straight away. There were plenty of patrons but the atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy or overwhelming. We had the butchers block and a selection of drinks that had plenty of fresh fruit and ice served with them as advertised. Our server, Nicole, was very friendly and welcoming and was attentive to our needs, as well as those of a large party seated next to us. She had a warm and approachable demeanour that helped two out of towners feel at ease :)”

“They offer a large supply of building materials, which is literally enough to build a house from top to bottom. Selection of bricks, treated wood, CLS, thermalite blocks, specialized builders equipment and my favourite, which is the blue ultra grime wipes. You can also buy stuff to clean your patio, fill a pothole and probably enough cement to build a mini bunker. They also have sawmill and wood cutting services. Your local place to go if you want to build something. They have click and collect+ deliver for those who don't want to carry. Proper builders merchant.”
