“So I’ve taken my nearly 2 year old to one or two other places for a hair cut and he would just scream and it was traumatising. My mum suggested Brogans as she used to take my brother there when he was a kid and so we made an impromptu visit down to brogans today. To my shock and surprise, Debbie was able to keep my son calm and smiling throughout the hair cut and he didn’t cry one bit! Debbie was so calm and flexible, was trying to make the hair cut into a fun experience for him and the best part was that my son could watch the buses go past outside and Debbie was able to get on with the hair cut with him distracted. She not only was able to distract him but also the hair cut was of high standard and let’s be honest, it’s hard to get a 2 year old to sit still so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. But I’ll be honest, it was perfect and she understood his hair type and what style would suit him best from the get go.This is definitely going to be my go-to place for his haircuts now and I’m so thankful it’s no longer going to be such a traumatic experience for us all!”

“Charlie’s been going to day care with Paw Patrols for almost a year now and I cannot recommend them any more! The team is so nice, super on it with chats and updates. Photo updates are incredible and captures hilarious mid action moments from the day. Price is super reasonable as well. Charlie has also been to boarding with them and safe to say he has found a home away from home!”

I took the car to Glen at GB Autos and he found the problem straight away and although a replacement part cannot be found, he worked on re-soldering the part for me. “I've been to this pub a few times at the weekend for the food and also for the entertainment. On Fridays, i have visited with friends, and there has been a karaoke. The guy doing it is great and gets everyone involved. My friends and I have also been on a Saturday and have enjoyed the food and often stay for the disco after. The DJ is great and always tries to fit in song requests. The atmosphere has always been good and the staff are very friendly, it is also great that the pub is dog friendly and the staff are more than happy to get a bowl of water for you when needed which is great.”

“I'd ignore all the 1 star reviews from people complaining about parking fines..... The signage is clear enough and I've managed to get my parking fines rescinded easily - this has happened a few times when I've done a massive shop that I didn't complete within the 1.5 hours. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to increase the parking time to 2 hours.... It's in no way a scam, but the system could be better implemented and pick a different partner than Parking Eye - they are ghouls. Now that that is out of the way, I'm rating it a solid 5 stars.... I get twice as many groceries, including quality fresh meat, veg, beer and wine, when compared to Waitrose or Sainsbury's. I reckon I save thousands each year. Clean, efficient, well laid out, friendly and helpful staff and good selection of products coupled with the value makes it very easy to recommend.”
