“As cliche as it sounds I wish I tried it sooner... A few years ago someone suggested hypnotherapy but I was so sceptical and also not ready to really admit how big the anxieties had gotten. So instead of getting help I wasted money on holidays I then couldn't go on and missed out out other opportunities of travel. “Namaste in Swanley never disappoints. The masala is unreal and full of flavour and the madras is always lovely too. Their naan breads are unreal, so soft and fresh every time. They sometimes throw in a free beer, which is such a nice surprise. Delivery is usually under an hour, and the prices are really decent for what you get. Definitely one of my go-tos around here.”
