“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”

“My 9 year old Jack Russell terrier Charlie is a very anxious dog. And I can't leave him in kennels. I have a very busy and noisy household , so was looking for some where he could relax, get pampered and I wouldn't have to worry while I was away. Sandie and Mike were excellent, they gave Charlie everything he needed. And he is more relaxed at home now since he is back. Sandie also sent me pictures on what's app to show me he was ok. “I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”
