“We have moved out of the area to West Sussex now, but frequently visit Kala's and my husband still works local enough to the shop that we will still use Kala's when we are in the area. Its a shame that the negative reviews for this lovely little shop all pertain to the parcel services that Kala's provide, which is pretty much all of the big couriers. Personally, I've only ever received excellent service from the shop - they have a huge range of food and beverages, including tiktok faves that my kids love to visit for. When a parcel service provider has been down and out of action, they always do their best to help, and I even see staff helping customers with their printing label service most of the time I visit. I think some of the reviewers might need a thicker skin... Keep up the good work Raj and family!”

“Popped in here for the first time on Sunday Morning with my Maltese as we recently moved to the area. Superb service would highly recommend! Such a shame they don't do dog grooming here though would have been ideal for me.”
