“I can honestly say that the time and money I invested in working with John-Paul was literally life changing. It can be quite strange at first talking to a "stranger" about deep emotions but very quickly it felt very comfortable and I actively look forward to the sessions. I have unravelled so many things that were causing me pain. It's a cliche but I cannot recommend working with John-Paul more highly.”

“Sue is great! I initially went to her to help with navigating a few changes in my life and wasn't in the best place mentally. Sue is compassionate, a great listener and very patient, she has allowed me the space to talk and process my problems while being a great sounding board. I am now able to be fully present in my relationships and experiences, without worrying about the future or the past. She has helped me to gain strength and self-knowledge to the extent that I am feeling far more confident of being able to cope with various life issues. Thank you Sue!”

“Such knowledgeable staff and instructors. Great with the kids and really know how to keep them engaged whilst teaching some effective martial arts. Really loved the fact that they had a cage fighter there who I would not have know about if one of the parents had not had mentioned. He gave up his seat when I came in and was very interactive with the students and the parents. I've been down to the Epsom branch and this seems to be the common theme!”
