“I made an appointment for Tuesday 18th with Lucas as I had been experiencing pain and tightness in my left hip area and left upper thigh. I was unable to sleep on my left side, with walking and sitting also feeling uncomfortable! In just one appointment Lucas has managed to improve both areas hugely, where I can now sleep on my left side again and I am sitting and moving pain free! I have booked another appointment just to give him more time to see if he can soften the area further! Whilst I no longer compete in top level sport, I have come across many massage therapists in my time! I can honest say what Lucas has done in one session is fantastic!
