“I have no words to describe how happy I am with Bright Starts. My little girl started at September when she was almost 14 months. She settled really well for less than a week. By the beginning of the next week, she started to smile while a was parking in front. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and patient with the parents and the kids. Plenty of activities every day, varied and healthy menu, nice garden and room space with separate sleeping area. Live reports every day including all activities, food taken, sleeping times, etc. Huge thanks to all staff in Baby room who is doing some kind of magic with all babies:) The most important thing is the smile and happiness of my little girl every morning and evening. No better evidence than that. Highly recommend to everyone:)”

“Incredible nursery, our daughter joined 4 months ago and loves spending the day there. The staff are all very caring, organised, imaginative and friendly. We can tell they go above and beyond to have the kids spend quality time. The space is cleverly organised, spotless and well decorated. Games and activities are very varied, using both the inside and outside spaces, and always very imaginative. Kids also seem well relaxed, the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and nurturing. “Our twins girls have been with the wonderful team at LCD since the summer of 2021. LCD was our first choice and initially didn’t have space to accommodate us, and when they did, we felt really lucky. Now, many months later, we feel even more grateful as we see how much our girls love walking through the door each morning and coming out smiling each evening. “From the very first visit, I had that wonderful feeling that Sofia’s setting was the right place for my son. Sofia’s home is a caring, fun, and stimulating environment, full of adventures and learning. The activities Sofia does with the children are fantastic — trips out, learning how to care for each other, playing and exploring, arts and crafts, and helping Josiah get ready to start school in September. The list is endless! As Josiah has grown, I’ve seen how the activities have changed and developed, especially during the time when the younger children nap. These activities clearly help prepare the older ones for the next chapter of school life. Josiah has certainly been well prepared for school by Sofia — from being able to put on his shoes and coat and zip them up, to holding a pencil correctly and using scissors — all while still having plenty of time to play and have fun. Personally, I feel that being in a childminder’s setting, where Josiah has been able to grow and interact with both older and younger children over the past four years, has been invaluable. There has been so much peer learning — caring for younger friends and learning from older ones — something you don’t always get in a nursery setting where children are often separated by age. Sofia, this is a heartfelt thank you — from the anxious, nervous mum on day one to the now very proud mum of a confident, caring boy who is loving school. P.S. Josiah misses you lots! ❤️”

“I'm very happy with the Ark Children's Centre in Deptford. In 2018, I needed trustworthy childcare urgently and was really worried. My first provider closed and the following two, I was not too happy with. One day I came across a flyer for the Ark Children's Centre and went on to make an appointment. The nursery manager was very very personable, professional and took onboard my ambition for childcare for my young children (aged 2 and 1). I am pleased to have had my first two children go to the Ark until school age. Now in 2024, even though I have moved 12 miles away from the Ark, I enrolled my third child (1 year old) as childcare I can trust is very important to me. I will always recommend the Ark Children's Centre as a safe and friendly nursery environment for little bubbas, having had three children enrolled.”
