“I attended a foraging session/lesson which was delightful and interesting. I learned so much while enjoying a peaceful sunny afternoon in enchanting coppiced woods and natural fields. We were encouraged to touch and taste edible plants which made learning so much more fun. Sue is so knowledgeable and engaging, with a lovely sense of humour. The afternoon flew by and we enjoyed several freshly made teas, brewed over the fire, from the plants we had gathered. I would hightly recommend this excellent experience!”
