“I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. “We had a birthday party at the soft play and booked exclusive hire. Everything was ready and decorated before we arrived, all we had to do was turn up. The ladies organising on the day were superb, especially Nazmin who made sure the afternoon went to time. The food was cooked fresh and there was excellent communication between us and the venue. The play facilities are great, the kids had so much fun. Thanks Red Stairs Soft Play for a great day for our daughter.”

“Loria is amazing! I was so nervous for Puss's first time in a hotel whilst I was away but Loria kept me updated and reassured. I was sent gorgeous photos and his mood throughout. Even when booking I was given ample information so that paying was a breeze. And when picking him up, I was running late and Loria was oh so patient! Puss came back super chilled and playful, like there's a spring in his step! We will be back again, worth every penny!”
