They take the time to clearly explain what they've done and to answer any questions. Most recently, when I had a boiler issue, Duncan came out and fixed the problem, and they proactively provided a quote to replace the troublesome part so it can be quickly replaced if my boiler were to fail over winter. He fixed a persistent pipe hammering issue and a leaking bathroom mixer tap both professionally and efficiently.
