“We spent the last weekend before Christmas at Hilton London Metropole and had a wonderful stay. After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Edgeware underground station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast had great variety, and the executive lounge truly felt VIP.
