“I've been having regular lessons from Lindsay for three months now, and the swimming lessons are really excellent. Lindsay has a wealth of technical knowledge and swimming experience that really shows. She also is a great coach, technique is taught clearly and she adapts what to focus on in each lesson based on my individual ability and current progress - this helps make the learning process more effective and learning technique more digestible. Lindsay has a patient and energetic coaching style, and I'm seeing great progress against my own swim goals - thank you! I'm fairly new to the triathlon world, and prior to starting with Turner Swim, I've previously really struggled with swimming, and nearly gave up triathlons as a result. “HIGHLY recommend this spot to swim. It's tucked away in a picturesque location, with a lovely dock with changing rooms and places to store your belongings. There are three loops of different lengths to choose from - perfect for those who are training to complete a specific distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful - they host different events to help test your skill and have 121 coaching on offer as well. Bright coloured caps and tow floats are required - they do have a supply of some as well. Lovely dining spots nearby for those wanting to make an occasion out of it - including outdoor bars on the water during the summer.”

Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”

“I really enjoy the classes with my son Freddie. We are now going onto level 4 baby swim with Nano. Nano is a great instructor, he takes time to explain what we need to do and shows professionalism and makes the classes enjoyable. My son who's 11 months loves the swimming and listening to the nursery rhymes. I would recommend osterley centre it is clean and staff are lovely. It's a brilliant set up and I'm looking forward to many more lessons. Xox”

“Great place in Hackney, was here for the first time. changing room inside and outside, (need 1 pound), the water is great as well as the depth! also the staff is wonderful, if something is wrong they explain everything clearly! I will definitely visit this pool again, and recommend it to friends!!!”

“The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. They upgraded my room to a city view - the view was picturesque! The rooms are very clean and have good natural lighting. The spa was a nice addition too. I would like to give a special mention to Nely and Tia, they went above and beyond and made my stay enjoyable.”

“I really miss this place. Every staff member was very kind and took great care of us. They offer weekly kitchen cleaning, and the cleaner is very responsible—he always made sure everything was spotless! The room is not very big, but it’s space-efficient. During exam term, the ops team even ordered an ice cream truck for us. I really want to come back, even though all my courses are on the main campus. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allocated housing here this year. If you have the opportunity to live here, please cherish it!”

“Our favourite spot in London! We’ve been coming to The Ned since our very first dinner together, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, the service exceptional, and the atmosphere simply unmatched. On our last visit there was a brief power cut for about 30 minutes, but honestly, it made the evening even more romantic with the candlelight — and the staff kindly offered complimentary wine, which was such a lovely touch. There’s often a live band playing, adding to the magic of the night, and it’s conveniently close to the station. For me, if I want to take someone for a truly special evening, The Ned is always the place to go.”

“The Cynet Pool is a good size and depth for the young, beginner swimmer. My grandson had a trial session today. He thoroughly enjoyed his lesson with Alfie, who was patient and progressive.”

“Great family friendly atmosphere and we really enjoyed the experience love the football pitch Great fun! The zip line bit expensive 3 host for £12 if you have several kids but nevertheless kids had a wonderful time. Would love to see a more baby friendly area from the soft play with accessibility for people with disabilities. The food and drink where great quality we enjoyed the mac and cheese bites and chicken tenders yum yum!”

“If you’re looking for a central spot that’s close to all the go to tourist attractions (buckingham palace, Westminster abbey, etc) this is it! Hotel is clean and beautiful with a great staff and all your standard Marriott amenities with a nice little upgrade. And the view was absolutely unbeatable. They have a full roundabout drop off area which is really great for cab pick up and drop offs, a rarity in the city. We had afternoon tea at the Library which absolutely lived up to its reputation of beautiful views and great tea service. Kings cross was even a quick cab ride away. Overall 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and elevated stay in the heart of London.”

“Perfect location. The staff made my birthday feel so so special. Upgraded the room free of charge and even left the cutest dessert for me and my partner to enjoy followed by a handwritten note. The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)”

“The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

“Really loved this swimming pool and classes for babies and toddlers. We took our baby there when she was 3 months and kept going until she was 2 and now we sadly moved outside London. Teachers are very gentle, the atmosfere is great, I can’t find it any faults. We will really miss it.”

Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.”

“Great place to sunbathe and swim on a warm day - does get v busy on peak heatwave days so I prefer to go on quieter days. Large pool with lane swimming available for the serious swimmers. Staff and lifeguards always friendly. Reasonably priced. Toilet and changing facilities reasonable and ice cream sold on site. Take change for parking.”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of different options. The location is super convenient for most tourist attractions. The Waterloo station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.”
