“It is customary to post, post departure but I must give credit to all staff and venue. The amenities are good and staff well attentive. The Xmas theme and little treats are more than welcoming and a pleasant surprise. The service and food are amazing. This was a great idea and thank you to the entire team. Will definitely recommend and return.”

“Really enjoy the fun swim. It's a small quite pool so great for the kids to play and feel secure. There's an hour fun swim sat and sun. Changing rooms are ok and the showers warm.”

“The place is super popular for family with children. The place is reasonably spacious and suitable for picnic for the whole family and friends. On weekends, it's usually overcrowded, though well-maintained. Children are quite safe as they are enclosed by a fence with security guards at the entrance.”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

“Really friendly staff all around, from in the gym to the receptions to life guards. Facilities have always been clean and car park is usually full when I go, however there are always people coming in and out, I find usually on the hr is when spaces open up, at 11 at 12 at 1 etc.”

This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. “I've always wanted to swim in this pool since visiting during the Olympics. Booked for the 50m competition pool via the Everyone Active app. At £7 per adult this is great value for money and comparable to any other leisure centre. The changing village was clean, plenty of hot showers, and the lockers (£1 returnable) were well maintained. The pool was clean and the temperature was good for continual lane swimming. Great experience and will certainly return!”

“Our son had a fantastic 1st year at a nursery at Kids in Motion, where he learned a lot, he made friends and he got very close to the staff. We moved away from the area so we couldn’t really keep him there longer, but even though more than 2 months have passed, he still mentions Alice and the rest of the staff. The team is doing a great job with many fun, educational activities and celebrations planned. We loved receiving photos every week and getting a good amount of information on our baby’s development.”

“Mikael and yulia are very enthusiastic and positive every day. Both run really good classes and are always around to help with technique or equipment! Highly recommend this gym, things are constantly improving - equipment is being changed, new equipment, new spin bikes. I know some reviews are harsh but it is the best gym in the area. “Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”

“We spent the last weekend before Christmas at Hilton London Metropole and had a wonderful stay. After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Edgeware underground station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast had great variety, and the executive lounge truly felt VIP. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Mohamadou. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel’’.”

“We use the pooll as part of 'Pools Schools' swim club and are really impressed by the facilities There are a couple of small hair dryers and 2 shower cubicles in the girls changing rooms, usually clean and pool is fab!”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”

“Swim every week with my son & have a second fun trip to the leisure pool too when I've time. There's a sauna next to the main (competition) pool. Plenty of showers - cubicle & open. Clean changing rooms. Entry is very reasonable. You need a returnable £1 coin for lockers. Nice cafe.”
