The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates – it’s wonderful to see what he’s been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. The meals prepared by their on-site chef are not only delicious but also healthy, giving me confidence that he’s getting the best nutrition while at nursery. I also really appreciate how the nursery celebrates and explores different cultures, helping children learn about the world in a fun and inclusive way. It’s clear that every child’s development and happiness is a priority here. “My daughter has been attending little cubs for over 6 months and she loves it. She seems very happy and I’m really pleased with how much effort the staff clearly put into activities and keeping the classes entertained! They offer opportunities for parents and grandparents to visit and read books which I have really enjoyed as I get to meet the whole class! They do evening online classes for parents to learn about sleep and food from specialists. My daughter seems to love the food and eats all sorts of things she doesn’t try at home so I’m pleased she is getting that variety. The staff spend a good amount of time with you at the end of the day letting you know all about your child’s day which I really appreciate. Overall just a fantastic experience.”

“We are so glad to have chosen Hilly Fields for our daughter, who has attended since she turned one. She's incredibly happy there - she loves her key worker and other room staff, engages in a huge variety of activities, and eats and sleeps really well. We love that Theatre Bugs are brought in weekly for the children to enjoy music and dancing, and the large garden means they get plenty of outdoors time. Nursery management are fantastic and communication is outstanding - we receive lovely updates on their app every day. We can't recommend it highly enough!”

Kids enjoyed the staying... there was music, lots of decorations and party food was good and fresh. Our daughter has amazing memories about her party and great time with her friend in Totstar.... “We checked out quite a few nurseries in the area (some had spider webs to begin with!) and BH Bromley stood out by its professional and friendly team and how they look after the place that was renovated in recent years. It also comes with friendly hours that suit our busy day jobs. Nikki, Natasha and team have gone extra mile to accommodate our boy when we had to switch him to full time. They had his well-being at the centre of considerations. It was nice to see that staff (too many names to thank) from different rooms all work as one team supporting each other and they genuinely love spending time with children. Our boy finishes chef Nikki’s food every day! As parents we can get on with our day without worrying about our son. Everyone acts as the key person as they all knew how the day went for our boy when we picked him up. We just had a Mother’s Day tea. Being two daddies, it really felt no difference at all and that all parents are welcome and it was so lovely to chat to many.”

“We enrolled our infant in backup care here for 3 days while on a business trip. All the caregivers are warm, attentive, communicative, and showed real joy for their children. We particularly enjoyed that our child had outdoor time twice each day (weather permitting) and access to lots of toys, books, and four meals daily. Thank you Shailene, Habiba, and team!”

“My son began attending Butterflies in September 2021, and I can only share positive feedback about this nursery. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff deserve praise as they know how to connect with children and are highly creative. I appreciate that the children engage in different activities every day. As full-time parents, we value the communication and photos shared through the phone application, which allows us to track our son's progress and daily activities. Additionally, the nursery offers various ad-hoc booking sessions that make our lives easier. While these depend on availability, they are extremely beneficial, particularly the "early starter" option, which we frequently use. Lastly, the owner and manager, Danielle, is very helpful, approachable and finds time to speak to all parents. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to all parents—your kids will love it.”

“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”

“My daughter has been attending Stanmore BLS since last Sept and she loves the carers, other kids and the Milkyway room itself. She tells is what she played with on a nursery day, how she put her coat on/off etc. She has a lovely rapport with her key worker and all other carers too. She gets excited at the mention of Nursery! She is soon moving up to Orion and the team have arranged frequent visits to the room in advance so she settles easier - she seems to love the new room and I can see from the room visit that she will have a play-adventure everyday. Also happy with the webinars and learning resources BLS offer - I just attended the potty webinar this week and on the back of that we will soon be ready to implement the tools and advice to our daughter.”

We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us.
