He remained clam, courteous and extremely professional throughout my visit. He was alone on the counter for a while but it took the time to listen carefully , explained everything clearly i had run out of my medicine he show me how you can do emergency or 111 and he helped me a lot.. and handled my request efficiently With a friendly and positive attitude. “Love the triage system I don’t often use the GP and had heard that the Anima was not so good - how wrong could I be, it was so quick and easy and I was given a GP appointment to be seen the same day within the hour . “Highly recommended local pharmacy. I've just changed (literally a few moments ago!) to PSM for prescription delivery. This used to be my main pharmacy years ago, so I knew Mum well! but I then moved jobs and my GP surgery changed. I'm so glad to be back with PSM. It all went very smoothly; Darpan did everything for me and it's all switched over really easily. PSM has always been so friendly and helpful and that hasn't changed whilst I've been away. Almost looking forward to getting my flu jab now so I can go in and say hello!! :D”
