They were treated so well by the staff and were “made a fuss of” (my mum’s words). Parking was easy as well. Why is this review 5 stars? Because the person I spoke with on the switchboard, approx 1600 on Friday 17th, was utterly brilliant. They tried everything they could to help, and were a joy to speak with. Whoever they are, please pass on my sincere thanks.”

    “Found their customer service positive. We did have an issue where the third-party flight company/carrier, not directly related to Intercargo made a mistake but the team at Intercargo were swift in helping me resolve the issue. The lesson I learned was I should have not opted for the cheapest carrier who were Egypt Air and maybe a another slightly more expensive carrier but on the whole, Intercargo were a pleasure to deal with, especially Finleigh Elderton whose support was exemplary, even though it was not technically his role. He went above and beyond.”
