From searching online for a decent dentist to making an appointment for a consultation to then beginning my treatment with Abi, I knew I was in good hands. Each step of the process was professionally explained to me which not only helped my understanding, but also alleviated any fears I may have had. My dental health has dramatically improved and brushing and cleaning technique has also altered so as to maintain the very high standard of work that I've received. Over the many years that I've visited numerous dentists I've never had one that broke everything down to me, which really did help immensely. The whole experience was a positive one and I can highly recommend The Complete Smile Twickenham to anyone that cares about their dental health.”

We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. “We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Greenwood Nursery. Coming from a previous nursery where a serious case of abuse had been announced a year ago, trusting a new setting again was not easy for us. At first, we also weren’t fully convinced by the layout, as the nursery is split into two separate buildings. But in the end, this turned out to be a real positive;everything runs smoothly, and the setup actually works incredibly well. The staff are truly fantastic. They provide detailed handovers every day and post frequently on the app, where we can clearly see how busy and engaged they are with the children. Our child was excited to go to nursery every morning and absolutely loved every single member of the team. One of the things we appreciate the most is the variety of activities they offer. They don’t just stay indoors;they take the children out regularly, and they even organised visits to a local care home. This is one of the most heartwarming activities we’ve seen, benefiting both the children and the elderly residents. They also go to the playground twice a day, and at the end of our son’s final day, he came home with a whole bag full of arts and crafts he had made. Although our son is now in school and attends a different nursery for afterschool hours (purely for convenience), we truly miss Greenwood. One of their standout qualities is their openness: parents can come inside at pick-up, walk in freely, and see the children in action without making them uncomfortable or interrupting. This transparency gave us a huge sense of trust and peace of mind;something we haven’t found elsewhere, where doors barely open and everything feels much more closed off. At Greenwood, you can pop in at any time and see exactly what’s going on. They have nothing to hide, and it shows. We would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent. For us, it’s the best nursery in town. If they had an outdoor space, it would be a 10/10;but since they go outside twice a day anyway, I think they fully deserve that 10/10. Definitely give them a try. We’re so grateful for the amazing experience they provided our little one.”

“My daughter joined St. Margarets Montessori in November 2020 and we highly recommend it. Prior to her joining, we searched and vetted over 20 nursery's in and around the area and this by far was outstanding in all aspects. We never regretted our decision. The teacher's are highly qualified, so warm, genuine, caring yet extremely professional. My little one has so much fun and has also learnt lots. The montessori has a huge outside space in comparison to other nurseries we saw. The children are exposed to lots of activities and apparatus to suit all capabilities both inside and outside. We love the weekly updates with photos that we receive from the montessori and the fact that they have an open door policy for any queries about our child. My daughter loves going there and we love seeing her smiling and happy everyday at drop offs.”

“HKF is a really fantastic nursery. We had two children who went there, and the staff really got to know them and supported their unique personalities. The nursery has a lovely garden that the children use all the time for outdoor learning and exploring. Monika, the owner and manager, is in every day and knows all the children, which is really reassuring. There’s always plenty going on with lots of activities, but the kids also get time to chill out when they need it. What really stood out for us was how great the staff are at helping children understand and manage their emotions, teaching kindness, and letting them grow in their own way. We honestly couldn’t recommend HKF more!”

Her development is helped so much by being there and she regularly surprises me with how capable she is in doing things thanks to the nursery activities. They do lots of fun activities but also very practical ones like cooking, prepping vegetables, personal hygiene, using scissors etc. Knowing how happy and content she is really helps with my mum guilt. It may not be the flashiest nursery in the area but for caring for the kids and delivering a good experience, you can't get better.”
