Treatments were brilliant, last time I had my brows done was in 1976 and I thought they looked OK. Well they look amazing now as do my lashes. Had my nails done too and they to look amazing. Will definitely be returning. Oh and had a lovely cup of herbal tea.”

“I've been to this salon about 5 times now for a hot wax. Not only has their service been faultless consistently since the first time I've been, the staff are the sweetest, kindest women I've met. I've had 3 different ladies doing my wax for me now, and each time I've had to do with a new person, I've had some anxiety, and each time I left completely satisfied with the service. The place itself is very clean. The service is to an extremely high standard and the ambiance is calm and lovely too but really the people and the quality of service combined makes it a 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend.”

“I came in as a model for one of the students called Monika. She has amazing customer service, lovely to chat too. Always makes sure you are well cared for and asks what you want multiples times so she can get it correct throughout the process. The scalp treatment she did was wonderful and has done my head wonders. Good massage of it too where I wanted to fall asleep because it felt so nice. No water on my face or down the back of my neck which was nice. She did a beautiful cut and pin curl style. Her trainer Natalie also was amazing at teaching her and helping her along the way, when she wasn’t sure what to do she either asked or Natalie stepped in and helped to show her, so the client can get what they want and need without ruining the hair. I fully trust monika with my hair, and the other ladies I saw practicing too. It’s nice and quiet too, with only three chairs in the room, and no front glass where everyone can watch. Brilliant place with great prices too, especially when you are helping someone to get their qualifications and to start their career. Highly recommend to anyone x the photo shows the big pin curls, that were wide tooth combed out after a good few hours of walking through some shops and going home. X lovely lady’s. Definitely going back for more hair treatments and for them to dye my hair, as my mum also got her hair dyed and it was a beautiful colour and all over evenly. Thank you ladies for making me like going back to a salon as I stopped going and started doing my own hair for 2/3 years due to not liking hair dressers x so really appreciate the place”

She was amazing telling me which colour and placement would look good for my hair and she’s so sweet and friendly and done a lovely cut. That’s what made me go back again. I went there a second time today that was squeezed last minute of me and they accommodated it bless them. This is when I found my hair dresser for life rich. I gave him a look I wanted he told me what would be best for my hair type and we went from there. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable about hair and telling me how to style it when I get home. He is also so sweet and funny! I dreaded having to deal with my hair as it’s up most of the time for work. But he’s shaped it and gave it some life! “Regularly come here. 5 star service everytime. would 100% reccomend! Edit- being a regular customer i know to book my appointment ahead of time as it gets busy. Having booked an appointment for 12:45 and arriving early, i was still waiting at 13:15 to be seated. I was then left with foils on my hands for an extended period of time while the ladies completed other clients treatments. Once someone eventually came to do my nails, as they finished someone else’s, my arm was then pulled vigorously again and again before being passed onto another member of staff to finish the design which at first didn’t match (i was having french tips). I eventually left the nail shop 1hr and 45 mins later for an appointment which usually takes 45 mins. This is a disappointing experience after regularly coming for 2+ years. edit- salon has been in contact and explained the situation and rectified the mistake. I am impressed with the proactivity and appreciate the gesture of righting their mistake, maintaining their professionalism. thank you.”
