“Budget Superstore in Southall is a really convenient spot for picking up all your essential groceries, especially if you're looking for Indian, Pakistani, or other South Asian ingredients. They have a wide range of fresh fruit and veg, spices, lentils, rice, frozen foods, and household items — all at very reasonable prices. The quality of the produce is generally very good, and the prices are better than what you’d find at larger supermarkets. The store can get quite busy, but the staff are helpful and the checkout process is usually smooth. It’s not a fancy store, but it does exactly what you need it to — affordable, authentic groceries in the heart of Southall. Definitely worth a visit if you’re doing a proper desi food shop.”

“Staff is Tesco is very kind and patient towards us. Every day we go there and buy meal for our clients and pay for them separately. Imagine pay for 7 meals separately and taking receipts it is a tedious process but staff is very and kind and patient. There are days when Tesco doesn’t have stock but its not there fault. People should stop being rude to staff because they can’t find thing in Tesco.”

“Heston North Hyde Lane Express Tesco!! I love do shopping in this store, just because of the staff members. Always happy, helpful and ready to work. I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! Rest of the tesco members should take opportunity and learn how to treat a customer like they do in Heston North Hyde Lane Express. And I don’t talk just about my self, I see how they are helpful to another customers. Definitely they deserve big bravos, specially this time when people just don’t care about anothers.”

“AMAZING SERVICE - WENT OVER AND ABOVE!! I had an emergency yesterday and desperately needed to get insulin for my mum. Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through. "Nahar" was beyond helpful, she went over and above and I feel very lucky that she was on duty yesterday. Thank you so so much !! wishing you all the best for the future !”
