She makes me feel so at ease and knew exactly what I wanted with my hair, advised the best for me based on my natural hair and has been so lovely everytime I go into the salon and making time for me. All the stylists are clearly passionate about their craft, friendly and accommodating, I knew I could trust them with my hair. I usually get very anxious during these appointments but this place was very quick to put me at ease. “Got an emergency appointment at Parkside within a couple of hours after a really bad tooth ache. Was slightly nervous as hadn’t been to the dentist in such a long time. Did not feel a single bit of pain with the injection or work carried out. I definitely won’t be waiting such a long time when i have an issue next time, or put it off until it hurts as I really don’t know what i was worried about once the work by Parveen had finished. The receptionist even called me the following day to check how i was feeling. Highly recommended.”
