Reliability in Dartford

“What a wonderful little find this garage was nestled just on the outskirts of the Kent town of Dartford. I purchased a car from the Dakar team today and have to say it was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish! I wasn’t rushed or coerced towards anything. I was simply left to peruse the car I was interested in, take it for a test drive and agree terms. Special mentions to Chris, Heidi and Barry for your welcome, support and attentiveness with getting my daughter into a nice little Ford Fiesta, which should be safe and economic to run too! “I cannot recommend Beeches enough! As a dog owner, you hope that you never need to test a Kennels ability to look after your dog in a crisis but having now experienced it, you really couldn’t be in safer hands than theirs. We landed and arrived on holiday to a voicemail from Courtney breaking the news that our springer had suffered a very short seizure that morning. They already had a vet appointment made with our vet practice and reassured us that whilst our dog seemed a little subdued she was seemingly back to her normal self. They’d even had the quick thinking to video a tiny bit of it to be able to show the vet exactly what had happened. The tests had revealed nothing of concern, fingers crossed a one off event. I cannot fault their service over the next week. From the communication whilst at and after the vet appointment, moving her to a quieter kennel to reduce any stress and the regular updates and little videos of our dog happily wagging and sniffing. It was enough for us to be completely reassured that she was in great hands. Without their amazing service and support, I’m sure I would have cut short my holiday and I will always be so grateful for the love and care they showed our dog. Thank you all.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

Chris is always polite, courteous, honest and very tidy. Prices are always extremely competitive. Wouldn’t use anyone else now.”

“I absolutely reccomend Moore Tool Repairs. I called in to ask advice on my plunge router which suddenly stopped working. Lee guided me through some inspections and he realised that one of the component was faulty and it could be easily replaced without sending the tool over to him. He then send me a link of the replacement so that I could order it and replace it myself. Another company would have asked me to send the tool over and charged me full price for a small repair I could have done myself.”

“We used Marion for our wedding flowers . As soon as I made initial contact with Marion she put me completely at ease . I had spoken to lots of florists at that point , some were very unapproachable , too busy and had crazy minimum budget expectations. Marion was the complete opposite. She gave me lots of advice , suggestions and ways to stretch out budget and have flower arrangements that could be used for different parts of the day. We had lots of conversations in the lead up to the day so Marion had a good idea of what we wanted and our flower preferences. On the day Marion arrived as promised and set to work making the venue look amazing . I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving her to set up. The flowers were amazing and everything looked and smelt so beautiful . We had so many compliments about the flowers on the day . Myself and my bridesmaids loved our bouquets and were exactly what we had imagined. My mum took the flowers home so she could continue enjoying them whilst we were on our honeymoon. I can’t thank Marion enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. She’s amazing x”

“The staff are friendly and efficient, but the Napa starter motor id giving ne probs less than a week later,and only used for 2 days. i got a replacement from them but I have to put a claim in for the extra labour, which I may get back once they've investigated the starter motor. Extra time wasted, extra money spent- neither of which I have much of!”
