The nursery offers an online observation and picture diary, which you can access depending on your child’s age. You're regularly updated with information about both the nursery and your child. One afternoon, while my child was napping, the nursery staff called me, concerned about my child’s breathing. I immediately picked up my child and went to A&E, where I was informed that if I hadn’t brought my child in that day, the situation could have been fatal—a lung had collapsed. The nursery effectively saved my child’s life. The staff are polite, attentive, and I’m so glad I chose this particular nursery for my child.”

    “Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.”
