“I would thoroughly recommend Surrey Automotive! A really efficient process from start to finish. I had to buy a first car for my daughter. After quite a bit of looking on Auto trader I had narrowed it down to a few cars. One from Surrey Automotive. I called Stuart who talked me through the car, I asked him to provide feedback on the car, scratches, wear and tear (it was an older car). All sounded good so we arranged a test drive. The car was exactly as described, he had left nothing out. The test drive was smooth, no pressure to buy but honest and clear feedback about the car and even the pro's and con's of alternative makes. He also gave me plenty of time for a detailed review. Stuart had done thorough background checks and even looked up future service intervals for major parts. Impressive. The only minor item was low wear on one tyre that he offered to address along with a full service before pick up. On top of that, once the service was done, Stuart drove the car to our house. My daughter is so happy with the car, as am I. Great service. Stuart is clearly someone who cares about his customers, knows about his cars and wants to build a good reputation as he grows his business. When my next daughter is old enough we may well be back!!
