“Absolutely fantastic service from Ben. 100 percent would recommend. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and reasonably priced mechanic in the area look no further. I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. Throughout all my interactions with him he was pleasant and polite and acknowledged all my needs and concerns. It is genuinely difficult to find such an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable mechanic these days and from now on I will be contacting Ben with no hesitation when I need any work to be done for my car.”

He inspected the damage and explained thoroughly in detail the process that would be involved in the repairs - his passion for this work is very evident to see. Even with his busy schedule, he was able to pencil me in at short notice and I received the car back looking brand new the same day. He even kindly touched up some other areas of my car that had some scuffs. The photo updates during the day showing the progress of the work were also a nice touch! I went to them for the Estimate to be done and as I could not get out of my car it was no problem to them.
