I had the smoked haddock, and it was cooked to perfection — fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. “Platter is lovely but if they more bread that will be more nice , the beef is cooked perfectly!! So yummy highly recommend to take that one of your going this restaurant, deserts are also good freshly made! Waiters/ss are very friendly and good service! “We stayed for a wedding. The venue is stunning. Set in beautiful gardens, the rooms are placed around the main gardens. The food served after the ceremony was delicious. The 'barn' is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean, fresh linen and towels. Decor is lovely. The room had tea/coffee, a hairdryer and a TV. There was hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom dispensers. Walk in shower. Breakfast service was slow in the morning but it looked as though there were only 3 staff on, they were lovely and the food was nice. To improve I think they could leave bottled water in the room and a spare toilet roll.”
