“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“I met Gail a few weeks ago to help with some issues I am going through with a divorce and dealing with my children. She was fantastic. From the first meeting I understood so much more and was able to really understand things clearly. She listens and with her vast experience puts things into context.
