“This school is the best I have ever attended in my many experiences at different schools around the world throughout my childhood. Each teacher makes an effort to develop a good relationship with each student and they all know our strengths and weaknesses and can ensure no student is left behind. The disciplinary system is again the best I have ever seen. The use of physical progress cards ensures that no good or bad behaviour goes unnoticed and there is zero tolerance policy on bullying. “I cannot recommend Springfield lodge enough. My little one has been going since December and everyone at the nursery have been great. So caring and really trying to help him develop. He’s been slow to walk but all the staff have been trying to help him. I saw a previous post saying the staff were rude and perhaps it was because she was not from the UK. I really struggle to believe that this has been their experience as truly I think everyone at the nursery is exceptionally kind and really friendly. It’s also very multicultural and they go out of their way to embrace all of the different cultures, both with the variety of food but also loads of little extras including the different languages and celebrations. I’m a first time mum, so didn’t know what to expect but the nursery have gone out their way to reassure me and it really is the best environment for my little one.”

“This is a fantastic nursery. Our son settled extremely quickly and that is because all the staff were brilliant and you can tell that they care about the children. All the staff across the nursery knew our son's name within a day and would say hello to him as we dropped him off. There is plenty of outside space which our son loved and they do loads of activities with the children throughout the day which they update you on through the app. Our son developed so much from being here and we highly recommend it for people looking for an outstanding nursery in Surbiton.”

“We checked out quite a few nurseries in the area (some had spider webs to begin with!) and BH Bromley stood out by its professional and friendly team and how they look after the place that was renovated in recent years. It also comes with friendly hours that suit our busy day jobs. Nikki, Natasha and team have gone extra mile to accommodate our boy when we had to switch him to full time. They had his well-being at the centre of considerations. It was nice to see that staff (too many names to thank) from different rooms all work as one team supporting each other and they genuinely love spending time with children. Our boy finishes chef Nikki’s food every day! As parents we can get on with our day without worrying about our son. Everyone acts as the key person as they all knew how the day went for our boy when we picked him up. We just had a Mother’s Day tea. Being two daddies, it really felt no difference at all and that all parents are welcome and it was so lovely to chat to many.”
