“Booked taxi transfer from Heathrow to central London hotel. Great service, received name, photograph of driver in advance. He was there to meet me despite flight being delayed by almost 2 hours. Didn't arrive at hotel until after midnight and the entrance was very unobvious but the driver didn't just leave me stranded and made sure I could get access to the hotel before driving off.
