“Best salon ever. Nab is amazing, she is polite , courteous and is a lovely lady. She really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to accommodate you. Honestly I’ve never known such an amazing beautician and trust me they are very hard to find. ( trust me I’m fussy and it takes a lot to impress me so this is definitely a positive)The service is great and everything I get done is great. You can also be honest with her and tell her anything and she will be so understanding about your treatment whereas others salons take it so personally and are very rude. I always tell everyone I go there and would definitely recommend. I must add one last point the best threading lady in west London and trust me I’ve been to loads of salons over the years and no one can beat Nab.”

I wasn't sure if the laser treatment would work, but it truly did, and it made my skin feel fresh again, unlike when I had thick facial hair. Su carefully planned the intervals between sessions to monitor the hair growth and understand the pattern. She advised me to be patient while I was feeling a bit skeptical about the process. “Was greeted by Verna the second I walked in and there was very little wait. Verna is very experienced, as she explained everything before and after the piercing. She was also patient with me from choosing my belly ring colour to the moment of piercing, to which her daughter was there to support me by holding my hands during. Before send off she gave me a detailed sheet, with a bandage, on how to correctly make the solution for cleaning. Overall great and quick experience. Will definitely be coming back!”

It was my first time going to this place, and i only wanted my natural hair cornrowed back but unfortunately i had to wash and blow dry it first as I had previous products in my hair (so that was my fault lol). Aside from that, the service was 10/10. The 2 staff ladies were absolutely wonderful and even offered me a beverage while my hair was being blow dried. “I have been coming to Agnieszka for as long as I can remember, I trust her enough to come in and say do whatever you want because I know I will always be happy with what she does. She just knows what colours suit people the best and she has been doing this for 22 YEARS! So there is no one I trust more than her with my hair. Today when I came in I had about three different colours on my head from when I was to impulsive to go to her so I did blue dye at home. Look how she’s fixed me up.
