Amazing, personal service from Baker Street Dry Cleaners from the get go! The staff recognised how delicate and precious the item was right away. Roop even called her mum to research the natural dyes that would have been used originally - particularly how stable they would be when cleaning and Surgit decided it was best to clean it himself carefully by hand! Both told me that cards come free with flowers, but as I hadn't purchased from them, I could not have a card, & I couldn't buy one either. The florist at The Flower Shop gave me a card, and did not charge me. They really helped me in my hour of need! I left it up to the experts and when I went to collect it, my jaw dropped. It was absolutely gorgeous, stunning, classy and absolutely beautiful. The way it was packaged and presented was first class Customer service was professional yet so friendly. I noticed such an array of flowers, plants for any occasion. There was even a variety of chocolate in a cabinet too. Loved it. Would definitely visit again and recommend. We did 2 loads and both machines worked very well. The dryer also worked very well, and soon we had clean, dry clothes again at a good price. “This shop is run by Raju. He is a very hard working and sincere businessman. He will do his best to assist you and help you resolve any issue you have with repairs, replacement, upgrade of any device. He is knowledgeable and very experienced in diagnousing problems with gagets . I went to him to fix two phones for me intially and ended up visitng him again and again to fix issues with 2 laptops and mobile phones and he was able to fix everything for me at a very reasonable price. Above all he also provides a receipt and warranty for all his work. I find him to have integrity and professionalism and have the highest regard for the excellent service he provided to me on a number of occasions. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to repair or replace a gadget. You wilk not be dissapointed .”
