“This restaurant is more than twice the distance of my local one but so worth the extra travel time. The dim sum was exceptional, very high quality and well made. It was also very good value compared to the nearest biggest dim sum restaurant. An unexpected added bonus was the Saturday 1pm raffle which was good fun and very generous of the restaurant. Staff and service was great too. No dedicated parking is the only negative. I highly recommend and I will be returning again soon.”

“I can’t say much on the atmosphere as we’ve only ordered takeaway. Food and service is always good. The delivery does take time to come BUT it’s always hot and super delicious when it does so no complaints, just worth being aware that it can take time but it’s totally worth it. Their food is impressive, I really enjoy it and so does my partner too. We love their samosa pops and I’m obsessed with their Mumbai Garlic curry - such a good amount of flavour and heat. “It was Lunar New Year and so I decided I'd try Wei Dao and I took some fortune cookies with me too. The ladies working there were really nice. It was not busy on Friday night, I encourage people to dine in and ditch the takeaways. It's reasonably priced and had some fun pop tunes playing in the background.”

“We are occasional customers of the Blossom House and only ever use their take away service either with delivery or collect in person. However, the food is consistently great and normally the order is 100% correct. Last night we placed an order for delivery. A few minutes later the restaurant called to say that they had a credit showing on our account for a dish they had missed off our last order a couple of months ago. They asked if we now wanted that dish with the current order which we did but tbh I had completely forgotten about it. The restaurant could have easily not said anything about it and left it to me to remember. So they’ve restored their record of 100% accuracy and added complete honesty to the list of reasons to recommend them.”

“We went for my son’s 9th birthday and everything was great. My son loved the food and he is a fussy eater! He ate the tomato pasta with garlic bread. Six people came including three adults and three children. Two children ate adult meals and all rated 5*s. I loved the atmosphere and the chef and waitress were amazing and attentive. I ate the seafood spaghetti and I enjoyed it i would say 4 out of 5. The pizza looked amazing and the calamari are definitely the two that stood out and we all took a liking to. My seat did need a shake to remove a little mess and the table had minor crumbs. Otherwise the table was ready when we arrived as I called ahead. All was put right quickly and we all very much enjoyed the meal.”

“Absolutely fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked with a crispy golden batter, and the chips were fluffy on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. Whether you’re after a quick takeaway or a sit-down meal, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!”

“Ponte Nuovo has got to be the best Italian in Croydon. A great selection of starters, the bread and oil is so simple yet incredibly moreish, and the main courses are full of flavour and depth. Big big portions. Save space for the deserts, the gigantic profiteroles in a sea of chocolate sauce, the insanely rich tiramisu. Staff are very friendly and speak highly of the italian chef and kitchen staff; a sure sign of a good front of house/back of house team relationship. Service was perfect, meals bought out together and well presented. This is somewhere you bring family for a great dinner. At this time of year it had a good but not overpowering christmas decorative theme. We're going back soon.”
